Our highly trained and skilled operators are responsible for ensuring conformity to drawing during each stage of the production process in order that components are produced without defects.
Quality Management
NEA has a fully integrated Production Control System which allows complete traceability of a product from enquiry to delivery.
Our production control system enhances our Quality Management System and is completely seamless working with all aspects of our business including Enquiries/Quotation, Purchasing, Production, Stock Control and Invoicing.
We are accredited to BSI ISO 9001:2015 and can offer effective monitoring data e.g. SPC as well as providing Inspection documentation as requested.
If requested we also are able to provide PPAP documentation and IMDS
